How Activasoft handles the personal data of visitors to activasoft.com.br.

1. Who we are
This website belongs to Activasoft Sistemas Ltda, Brazilian company register (CNPJ) 02.278.246/0001-55, with offices at Av. Venâncio Aires, 1565, Cond. Res. Angela Augusta, apto 102, Centro, São Marcos, RS, Brazil, ZIP 95.190-000.
2. What the website collects
Nothing. The pages are static: there is no form, login, cart, sign-up, cookie or analytics tool. Browsing the site creates no record of your personal data at Activasoft.
3. Server logs
As with any website, the hosting company's server records technical access logs, with IP address, date, time and page visited. These logs exist for security and to comply with Brazilian Law 12,965/2014, the Internet Civil Framework, and are used for nothing else.
4. When you contact us
When you write to our e-mail addresses or call us, you send us data such as your name, e-mail, phone and what you need. We use it only to reply and to record the contact, for as long as the relationship and legal deadlines require.
5. Who the data is shared with
Activasoft does not sell or transfer personal data. The site is hosted by a contracted company, which handles the data only to keep the service running. Apart from that, data is shared only when required by law or by a competent authority.
6. Activasoft apps
Each app published by Activasoft has its own privacy policy, linked on the home page. This policy covers the website only.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, portability and information about who the data was shared with, under article 18 of Brazilian Law 13,709/2018, the General Data Protection Law.
8. Data protection officer
Requests about personal data and questions about this policy are received by the data protection officer, at lgpd@activasoft.com.br.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection with a valid certificate, and access to the files is restricted to the Activasoft staff responsible for maintenance.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time. The effective date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
